W&W Terms of Sale
(Conditions Générales de Vente)
These Terms of Sale (Conditions Générales de Vente) are required by French law and apply to all purchases made on wwwellnessandwealth.com. As a French-based seller, the CGV is a legally mandatory document.

2. Scope & Application
These Terms of Sale govern all commercial transactions between W&W (Wellness & Wealth) and any customer purchasing products on wwwellnessandwealth.com.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Sale in full, without reservation.
These terms apply exclusively to:
- Consumers purchasing for personal use
- Orders placed online through wwwellnessandwealth.com
3. Products
W&W | Wellness & Wealth sells the following product:
- W&W Facial Ice Roller — a cold therapy facial tool designed for daily skincare use
We make every effort to present our product accurately, including descriptions, images, and technical details. However, minor visual differences may occur due to screen settings or photographic conditions.
The product is intended for external cosmetic use only. It does not constitute a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on wwwellnessandwealth.com are shown in EUR (€) and include all applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout based on the customer's delivery address.
W&W reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to any order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed by the customer.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, W&W reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders
5.1 Placing an Order
To place an order, the customer must:
- Add the product to their cart
- Provide valid shipping and billing information
- Select a payment method
- Confirm and pay for the order
5.2 Order Confirmation
Once payment is validated, the customer receives an order confirmation email. This email constitutes acknowledgment of receipt of the order, not formal acceptance.
The sale is considered final and a binding contract is formed upon dispatch of the shipping confirmation email.
5.3 Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel their order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at info@wwwellnessandwealth.com. Once the order has shipped, the right of withdrawal applies instead (see Section 8).
W&W reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
- Payment failure or fraud suspicion
- Unavailability of the product
- Obvious pricing error
6. Payment
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
6.2 Payment Security
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. W&W never stores or has access to the customer's full payment card details.
6.3 Payment Validation
Orders are only processed once full payment has been successfully validated. In case of payment failure, the order will be automatically cancelled.
7. Delivery
7.1 Shipping Timeframes
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
7.2 Delivery Address
The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. W&W cannot be held liable for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect address.
7.3 Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer upon physical delivery of the order.
7.4 Delivery Delays
In the event of a delivery delay beyond the maximum estimated timeframe, the customer may contact us at info@wwwellnessandwealth.com. If the delay is confirmed, the customer may request a replacement or full refund.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French Consumer Code (Article L.221-18), the customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
8.1 How to Exercise This Right
Contact us at info@wwwellnessandwealth.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and intention to withdraw. We will provide return instructions.
8.2 Return Conditions
- The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging and condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
8.3 Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
8.4 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been used directly on skin, for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
9. Legal Warranty (Garantie Légale)
In accordance with French law, all products sold by W&W are covered by:
9.1 Garantie Légale de Conformité (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code)
- Duration: 2 years from delivery
- Covers: defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery
- Customer may request repair, replacement, or refund
9.2 Garantie contre les Vices Cachés (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code)
- Covers hidden defects that make the product unfit for use
- Customer may request a full refund or partial price reduction
To invoke either warranty, contact us at info@wwwellnessandwealth.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
10. Liability
W&W's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for their order.
W&W cannot be held liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Improper use of the product by the customer
- Delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely to process and fulfill orders. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy available at wwwellnessandwealth.com.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Amicable Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact W&W directly at [your support email]. We commit to responding within 5 business days and working toward an amicable resolution.
12.2 Mediation
If no amicable resolution is reached, the customer may refer the matter to a certified consumer mediator free of charge, as required by French law (Article L.616-1 of the Consumer Code).
12.3 Online Dispute Resolution
EU customers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12.4 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any unresolved dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
13. Updates
W&W reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version applicable to any order is the version published on the website at the time the order is placed.
