At W&W, every order ships free. No minimums, no surprises.

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, with a focus on France and Italy.

These are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping is completely free on all orders. Always.

5. Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received it within 5 business days, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

6. Customs & Import Duties All orders within the EU are handled with IOSS registration — meaning VAT is collected upfront at checkout. No surprise customs fees on delivery.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, contact us at info@wwwellnessandwealth.com. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Wrong Address Double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Contact us immediately if you spot an error — we can modify it only before dispatch.

9. Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@wwwellnessandwealth.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return needed.
