30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
We'll respond within 48 business hours with the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used directly on skin cannot be returned. We encourage you to reach out before returning — many issues can be resolved without a return.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@wwwellnessandwealth.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost, no return needed.
